Game Description
“Tweezer” is a strategic tabletop game designed for 2 players, ages 10 and up. The game typically takes 1-10 minutes to play one game. By purchasing, you acknowledge understanding the game’s complexity and recommended age range.
Product Warranty
The tabletop game comes with a 90-day limited warranty covering manufacturing defects, including but not limited to: missing components, defective printing, structural defects in game pieces, and faulty game boards. To make a warranty claim, the customer must: (1) notify the manufacturer within the warranty period by email at toystwentytwo@yahoo.com, (2) provide proof of purchase, and (3) include photographs of the defect and product serial number. “Improper use” includes but is not limited to: exposure to water or extreme temperatures, modification of game components, use by children under the recommended age, or use not in accordance with the provided instructions. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you. All implied warranties that cannot be disclaimed under applicable state law are limited in duration to 90 days from the date of original purchase.

Delivery:

Returns and Refunds

Returns

Governing Law
